I am an early-career technologist, committed to using data and strategic management to deliver impactful digital public goods. I recently completed a dual degree in Applied Mathematics and Data Science at UC Berkeley.

I integrate creative, collaborative, and technical approaches to build human-centered tools for resource-constrained organizations. My background spans data analysis at the Eviction Research Network, product management at the National ACLU, and operational systems engineering at Rapid Reviews\Infectious Diseases. I am currently a Research Intern at the Surveillance Technology Oversight Project (STOP), conducting anti-surveillance advocacy research.

  • Analyze U.S. Census Bureau and governmental datasets using R and Quarto to quantify displacement trends and housing instability risks across San Mateo County's jurisdictions.
  • Partner with San Mateo County officials and 21Elements to translate complex technical findings into actionable anti-displacement policy recommendations.
Technical Product Manager & Data Lead — Rapid Reviews\Infectious Diseases (RR\ID) Jan. 2024 – Jan. 2026
  • Spearheaded technical strategy and database operations, scaling the global editorial network 8x to 1,500+ members and driving the publication of 320+ peer reviews.
  • Managed a portfolio of AI and data projects while mentoring 30+ students, standardizing technical workflows and training materials via GitHub and Notion.

  • Designed and launched Heap analytics dashboards tracking fiscal-year KPIs, delivering insights on affiliate product adoption and migration progress across a national platform migration.
